Scope of work

The user will be provided with a detailed proposal outlining all project functionality, pricing, and timeline accociated with their project and design at the commencement of each project.

If any new files, designs, materials, functionality, or specifications are introduced after the commencement of each project, they will be quotes seprately. The only files, designes, materials, functionality, and specifications included in the total project are those which are detailed and outlined in the project proposal.

Auxilone reserves the right to amend the pricing for any changes or additions to the project subsequent to its commencement. Auxilone also reserves the right to revise the quote or refuse to work on a project and issue a refund in case an actual scope of work required for the project completion substantially exceeds or exceeds the price listed in the project proposal.

Expedited delivery service is sometimes available for extra charges depending on availability.

Non-Disclosure Agreement 

We(“Auxilone”) provide 100% Confidential service. We will willingly sign a NDA or Non-Disclosure Agreement with you for protection and security of your proprietary information.

All information that you share with us, including Design Mockup, Material, information, Text, Graphics, Links, Animations, Audio, Video, Photos, artwork, contact information, client notes, and other data, will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances.

Auxilone is based in India & America at GMT +5:30 and -5:00 EDT . Most of our client are from US and UK so we are available to those in the US & UK for commnication and development too.

Terms For Product

The manufacturer’s rights of our products sold to you solely belong to Auxilone.

Selling our products to anyone without our written consent is illegal under PCT and raises a legal dispute.
You may not resell, redistribute, or franchise the product you buy from us or any part of the software. You may sell your website or business, though, but not the product software.
